FLAT IN MANACOR WITH 3 BEDROOMS, UP TO 150.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a flat in Manacor, with an elevator, with minimum 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for a maximum price of 150.000 €.

APARTMENT IN THE AREA OF SA COMA, UP TO 130.000 €

Some of our clients are looking for an apartment or a flat in the area of Sa Coma, Cala Bona, Porto Cristo… of minimum 40 square metres and with at least 1 separate bedroom, for maximum 130.000 €.

FLAT IN MANACOR, NOT TOO OLD, UP TO 220.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a townhouse that does not to be renovated, that is unfurnished and has at least 3 bedrooms, in Manacor, for up to 250.000 €.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT IN MANACOR OR ARTÀ, UP TO 280.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a ground floor apartment or a townhouse in Manacor or Artà, with at least 2 bedrooms and of only 1 floor. It would be ideal if it would not need reformation, or at least only some renovations if it is necessary. The price should not be more than 280.000 €, less if a reformation is necessary.

FINCAS AND COUNTRY HOUSES

FINCA IN THE REGION OF LLEVANT, UP TO 800.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a country house in the region of Levante (Manacor, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Son Carrió, Son Servera…), no more than 20 minutes driving away from the Sea. The finca should have a swimming pool and heating, as well as at least 3 bedrooms and ideally 2 or more bathrooms. The client would not mind if it is a shell construction, requiring that all necessary permissions are available. The client’s budget for a finished property is up to 800.000 €.

COUNTRY HOUSE IN CALA MURADA, UP TO 500.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a finca in the surroundings of Cala Murada. It should be spacious and have a swimming pool. Maximum 500.000 €.

FINCA CLOSE TO MANACOR, UP TO 250.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a finca close to Manacor, no more than 2 or 3 km away, with a small, legal house and electricity connection. The client would be fine with needing to do a small reformation. It should not cost over 250.000 €.

CHALETS AND VILLAS

VILLA IN PORTO CRISTO, UP TO 400.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a villa in Porto Cristo, modern in style and with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideally with central heating and a swimming pool, or with the possibility of installing/building it. The budget is of 400.000 €, or 350.000 € should reformations be necessary.

SEA FRONT CHALET, UP TO 1.500.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a villa or a one-family house, ideally located between Llucmajor and Porto Cristo, directly in front of the Sea and with a swimming pool. The price should not be more than 1.5 million Euros.

CHALET IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF SANTANYÍ, UP TO 500.000 €

One of our clients is looking for a villa or also a country house in the surroundings of Santanyí, Felanitx… as far as Manacor, in a vivid locality and not too far from a school. It should have at least 4 bedrooms and not cost more than 500.000 €.
