  • We will elaborate a detailed study of the property/ies that you wish to visit. These reports will include pictures, location, floor plans (if they are available), details of the estate and the area, comments and advice.
  • Once the properties that adapt to your criteria are chosen, we will make an appointment and visit the estate together.
  • If necessary, we will study relevant factors as habitability, constructive viability, permissions, etc.
  • We will take care of all the formalities and documents necessary for the purchase.
  • If you need financing, we will help you obtain it. We will analyse the bank’s conditions and advise you about all the steps, so you can get the best available financing.
  • Before signing the purchase agreement, we will review all the contracts, as well as the deeds.
  • Finally, we will help you with the post-sell formalities, such as changing the electricity and water contracts to your name or similar.
